TRIANGLE ROWING - "CREW LITE" PROGRAM

Did you ever wonder what rowing was all about? Did you ever want to learn how?!

Triangle Rowing, a high school rowing team open to any high school and middle school students in the Triangle, offers CREW LITE as driven by demand. Crew Lite is a unique opportunity for novice rowers to learn rowing fundamentals. Instruction will be provided by our coaches at the Lake Wheeler rowing facilities.

Many of our past participants have gone on to join the team when they reach high school. This is a terrific chance to experience a sport that can provide a lifetime of challenges.
