Hi Everyone,

 

Great work this past weekend in Clemson!  Unfortunately we will have to cancel practice this afternoon due to the weather.  I will be at the lake by 2:30pm tomorrow if anyone is able to arrive a bit early to start rigging the remaining boats on the trailer.

 

We do want to get in a workout today, so check the options below and pick one.  All the workouts below can be followed by 20' of stretching (and you will still be done earlier than normal.)  Feel free to text me the workout you completed (919)449-4823.

 

Varsity:

1.  50' steady state erg @18-22 (best option if you have access to an erg.)

2.  30' run if the rain stops.  20' core circuit.

3.  2 deck of cards workouts (2 legs, 1 arms, 1 core.)

 

Novice:

1.  40' steady state erg @18-22 (best option if you have access to an erg.)

2.  30' run if the rain stops.  20' core circuit.

3.  2 deck of cards workouts (2 legs, 1 arms, 1 core.)

 

Middle School:

1.  30' steady state erg @18-22 (best option if you have access to an erg.)

2.  20' run if the rain stops.  20' core circuit.

3.  2 deck of cards workouts (2 legs, 1 arms, 1 core.)
