Sneak Peek Week
Come join us for Sneak Peek Week! Open to all high school and middle school students with or without rowing experience. We highly encourage any student interested in joining TRC to participate. There is a $10 fee associated with SPW.
Sneak Peek Week is a seasonal opportunity to join us for one week of our in-season practices. Families use this week to make sure that the commitment, commute, and community of Triangle Rowing Club are right for them. Love your experience? Join the team and keep coming back for the rest of the season!
Who can participate?
- Any student in grades 6-12 with an interest in joining the team, no prior rowing experience necessary
- Basic swimming ability is required and certified during registration
When is it?
Spring 2026 Sneak Peek Week will take place March 3-7.
High schooler practice 5 days/week. Middle school practices 3 days/week. See days below:

What to bring
- Hat and sunglasses
- Running shoes
- Sunscreen
- Water bottle
- Wear close-fitting shorts or spandex and a close-fitting t-shirt (Loose clothes get caught in the sliding seat of the boat)
- Dress appropriately for the outdoor weather. We row hot or cold and rain or shine.
