Below is our core weekly training schedule for in-season athletes. This rhythm helps build power, endurance, and toughness year-round.


Spring & Fall Season (On-Water Training)

Summer Training & Learn-to-Row

  • Experienced Athletes: Sessions available for rowers continuing training June through August.

  • New Rowers: Learn-to-Row camps available in June, July, and August


Attendance Expectations

This is a competitive team. Regular attendance is required.
Missing practices impacts lineups, team performance, and your development. Please communicate conflicts early with your coach.
